You must be at least 18 years old to purchase courses on Digital Moran Academy. If you are below 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Course Access
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for learning purposes only. You may not share, resell, or distribute the content in any form without written consent from Digital Moran.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Courses once bought are not refundable under any circumstances. Please review course details carefully before making payment.
Digital Moran is not responsible for exchange rate charges, mobile money fees, or bank charges applied during your payment.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload harmful content, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Any account found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, logos, videos, designs, and written content belong to Digital Moran unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content without permission.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion will only be awarded to learners who complete the required course modules and assessments, where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Moran Academy provides training for educational purposes. We do not guarantee employment, income, or business success as a direct result of completing any course.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Digital Moran will not be held liable for unauthorized access caused by negligence on your part.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any learner who violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
